By all accounts Gerber had one of the more successful Outdoor Retailer shows in recent memory with retailers, media and eager fans packing the booth over the four day event. Our partnership with Bear Grylls created an obvious buzz with attending media in particular, with outlets including Backpacker, Outside and The Gear Junkie all breaking news from the show floor.
Outdoor Retailer Show Daily editors were also hot on the case with coverage of Gerber, Bear and the Ultimate Knife in the show's first two daily magazines.
Media response to Gerber's 2011 brand collection was also positive with new tools including the Crucial F.A.S.T., Balance and Fit all receiving high marks. All in all a great way to kick off the Bear Grylls partnership and 2011. More to come....
